How far in advance should I schedule processing?
We recommend scheduling as early as possible, especially during peak seasons. Booking ahead ensures your preferred date and helps us maintain our fast 2–3 week turnaround time.
What is your typical turnaround time for processing?
Our standard processing time is approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on the season and volume. We work efficiently without sacrificing the quality and care your meat deserves.
Are your meat packs and store products locally sourced?
Yes—our beef and pork products come from trusted local farmers. Everything is processed in-house, so you can feel confident knowing exactly where your meat comes from.
Do I need to call ahead for weekly specials and meat packs?
While walk-ins are welcome, we highly recommend calling ahead to reserve specials and meat packs. Our most popular bundles sell out quickly, and reserving ensures you don’t miss out.

Just picked up half a steer I had slaughtered and butchered at Phillips and am very happy with the experience. Easily accessible location with plenty of parking and a loading area for picking up large quantities of meat. The store itself, and the facility overall is modern and clean. If you’re just looking to buy some quality meat their store has a huge selection of prepackaged meats. This is the second butcher I’ve dealt with in the area for beef and I would go back to Phillips every time here on out. Hands down.

Wonderful local, “Farm-to-Table” establishment where one can purchase a variety of meats in different cuts, however way you wish. The beef oxtails they offer are “ono-licious” (“super delicious”, as they say in Hawaii). Prepared a Hawaiian comfort food, oxtail soup (comparable to an American beef stew). Highly recommend to anyone who is in store for high quality, ono-licious, more-than-fair pricing meats as well as experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and professional staff. A must go place for meat!

The customer service is out of this world. The employees took my kids on a tour of the facility. Witch was spotless very clean. Answered all of their questions. Even though it wasn’t their jobs to do that. Just went above and beyond what they needed to do. I will definitely be back to do business.
