You will also receive FREE smoking of your ham and bacon. Additional charges will apply with bratwurst, links, and patties. We require half down when order is placed.

Choose desired number of steaks per package (PP).

- If you do not want certain cuts please write NO in the PP field and it will be ground into burger.

- An additional fee of $0.20 per pack will apply to all orders that include steaks packaged one per pack. This excludes sirloins and round steak.

Instructions For Premium Steak

A whole beef consists of two short loins. You can either cut the loins into bone-in steaks which are T-bone and Porterhouse, boneless steaks which are New York strips and Filets, or grind into burger.

- One option per loin.

A whole beef consists of two rib eyes. You can cut the rib eye into boneless ribeye, bone-in rib steak, boneless prime rib, bone-in prime rib, or grind into burger.

- If you choose boneless prime rib or bone-in prime rib you need to specify the desired size in pounds.

- One option per rib eye.

Instructions For Roast

If you choose to keep the roast, you must choose either all roast or best only.

- Best only refers to grinding the chuck roast that is mostly bone and fat into burger.

- Specify the size in pounds or choose NONE and the specified roast will be ground into burger.

- Roast options consist of boneless rump roast, arm roast, chuck roast, English roast, and sirloin tip roast.

Instructions For Round

All the following are products of the round. You may pick multiple cuts but you must breakdown how much you want of each by using percentages; the sum of all choices must equal 100%.

- If you choose round steak or cube steaks specify how many you want per package.

- If you choose Swiss roast specify size using pounds.

- An additional fee of $0.75lb will apply if you choose cube steaks.

Instructions For Hamburgers

You can choose bulk ground beef and/or ground beef patties.

- If you choose bulk ground beef and ground beef patties, you must breakdown how much you want of each by using percentages. The sum of the breakdown must equal 100%.

- An additional fee of $0.75/lb will apply to ground beef patties packaged 3 or more in a pack and an additional fee of $0.95/lb will apply for ground beef patties packaged two per pack. All ground beef patties are 4oz.

Instructions For Stew Meat

The first 5lb of stew meat is included in your processing fee anything over 5lb is an additional $1.00 per pound.

A whole beef will get two sirloins and you can choose how many you want in a pack.

- We charge an extra $0.75 per pound for 3pp or more patties per pack, and $0.95 per pound for 2PP.

Instructions for Loins

A whole hog consists of 2 loins. You can have them cut into bone-in pork chops, boneless butterfly chops, cutlets, bone-in loin roast or boneless loin roast. If you choose bone-in loin roast or boneless loin roast, you need to specify the desired size in pounds.

- Choose desired number of bone–in chops, butterfly chops, or cutlets per pack (PP). If you do not want a certain cut please write NO in the PP field and it will be ground into sausage.

Instructions for Shoulders

A whole hog consists of 2 shoulders. You can have them cut into shoulder roast, shoulder steaks, country ribs or pork butts. For roast specify the size in pounds. Shoulder steaks & country ribs specify how many per pack. Pork Butt specify whole or cut in half

Instructions for Sausage

Fill in what percentage you want into Bulk Sausage VS patties, bratwurst, or links. Needs to equal 100%.

- We charge an extra fee of $0.75 per pound for patties in 3per pack or more, $0.95 per pound for two patties per pack, Sausage Links & Bratwurst is an extra fee of $1.50lb.

- On bulk sausage, put how many pounds you want in a pack; options are 1lb - 5lb packs.

- For Patties, Bratwurst & Links; how many pieces would you like in a pack?

Instructions for Bacon

A whole hog consists of 2 bellies. You can have them left whole, cut in half, sliced into freshside or cured, smoked & Sliced for bacon.

- Specify the size packs in pounds for sliced freshside and sliced bacon.

- An additional fee of $14.00 per side will be added for curing and smoking bacon.

Instructions for Ham

A whole hog consists of 2 hams. You can have them whole, cut in half, cut in quarters, sliced, spiral sliced, or write no and we will grind them into sausage.

- Specify how many slices you would like in a pack you would like in a pack.

- An additional fee of $19.00 will be added for curing & smoking of Ham.
