Old fashioned Bone in Hickory Smoked Sugar-Cured Ham. Whole Hams will be around 16lbs.Our Hams are done in house from start to finish, we inject them with a brown sugar cure tumble them and they are smoked with hickory smoke for a perfect flavor with a hint of hickory smoke.

Robin's cooking tip: Pre heat oven to 350 degree F. Rub ham down with Richards Maple Mustard and brown sugar (if you want a sweet glazed ham, if not skip this step), Place in roasting pan add 1 can of coke or 1 1/2 cups of water, cover with foil bake for about 10 minutes per pound or until product reaches 160 degree F. Times will vary depending on oven.
