Made in house with whole muscle beef. Injected with our special brine, tumbled and cooked/smoked in a computer regulated smokehouse to insure it's done to perfection every time. Sliced medium and pack in 1lb packs. The reason our product stands out from the rest is we use whole muscle meat and don't make a ground and form product.
